“Everything was good, but the hotel was dated and will look really nice once they are able to renovate it. We couldn't beat the price for attending a concert at Mohegan Sun. I couldn't see paying $400+ for the hotels closer to Mohegan Sun. The Grand Lake Hotel was worth the cost we paid.”

“Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. We had to call the front desk to ask if...

“Evearything was clean, convenient, and comfortablle. While the scrambled eggs at breakfast were the best steam table eggs I've had, they were't feshly sceambled good.”

“room was not very clean and there was blood on the sheets and wall, smoke detector was hanging off the wall wrap in plastic, floor mate had a dog print on it, AC could not be turn off the fan ran all night. I did go to the desk ask to have toelt looked at for it was not fullshing when i came back that night no one was at desk and when I check out there was no one at desk. I don't recommended this location to anyone.”
