“The main pool was closed. This made the two smaller pools extremely crowded. Most of our visit was trying to find a place that was shaded as my daughter is a cancer survivor. There were no umbrella at the adult only pool and not enough at the other pool. We came to relax and enjoy the pool, but that did not happen. The refrigerator was not stocked with drinks on the first night and there was nowhere to get ice. What a disappointment!”

All-inclusive is a waste at this hotel as food is not always available and not everything in the bar is included.
