“Great location. Nearby bicycle rentals, restaurants and electric boat rentals. Surfing at Blackies beach just north of Newport pier 1.5 miles from home. Comfortable for our large group. The air conditioner worked for us (keep windows and doors closed when A/C is on.)”

“The beach view at this house is stunning, along with the sunsets. House was very clean and well stocked for all your beach adventures. We used the beach chairs, bikes, sand buckets, football, volleyball and beach towels. It was an easy walk to Balboa for restaurants and the ferry to Balboa Island. I highly recommend this house and will be back with my family of ten!”

“What a wonderful stay! Perfect location. I chose this home due to reviews about location and being able to accommodate a large group and I can say I was not disappointed! Now the driveway to garage is extremely steep, but parking was no problem. Plenty of lots and or public parking. Everything was wonderful and will choose to stay again!”

“The place was really nice, comfortable and warm. Appreciated all the welcoming details throughout the house (lotions, towels, lip balm and many more). Loved the outdoor area where I could enjoy the fantastic view and feel the ocean. Car access was easy. I felt well taken care of from the start as Frances was kind enough to greet me upon my arrival. Would definitely recommend !”
