“The room was really big, so clean and well appointed. The breakfast was amazing and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive. This was a very nice stay.”

If I come across anyone looking for a nice quiet relaxing place to stay I’m definitely going to send that way. “The free breakfast was delicious, I appreciate the staff person that made sure the breakfast items were sufficient. Our room and bathroom was nice and clean. The reception lady was so nice and smiley. I definitely recommend.”

“The steel door showed signs of forced entry. There was a round puncture several inches in diameter and more than an inch deep, as if from a police (hopefully) battering ram. The interior of the door frame had evidence of being knocked in, as well. The interior moulding of the door frame was screwed back together in several places. There was tons of activity at night, especially where the rear of the property backed up to a wooded area. Cars were coming and going after very short visits,...

“The room was clean BUT....the beds were horrible! The bed frame was a full size but the mattress was a queen size so when you sat on the edge you slid off!! Very uncomfortable. At breakfast i went down for coffee. There were no coffee cups and when i asked for one i was told they were out of them! I was told to use a juice cup which is about a 3 oz cup! A couple tables were unclean and the atmosphere was uninviting. No curtains or shades to cover the dirty windows. Will not stay there when i go...

“Very nice staff, especially at breakfast. The room is spotlessly clean. Great beds. Only gripes were the incredibly loud ac unit outside and the hotel was very expensive for what it was. But supply and demand I guess. It was a busy weekend in Richmond ”
