“The hotel is really gross. I upgraded to a “deluxe” non smoking room. Ny room stank like stale ashtrays. The person in the room beside fought with his partner screaming until 3am fell asleep and starting right back at 6am. Air conditioning wasn’t working. I was dying around 1am. Front desk asked me to bring the console from the wall he changed the batteries and it still didn’t work. With the heat and the stink the room was unbearable. We were so mad that we picked it. “First of all, how do you like it if you have a dog barking at you all the time from the next room? Yup, that is exactly what happened to me. When asked the front desk they said they can check on the situation but can’t help with it. So everything I write after this sentence should be disregarded about this property as it is a very big nuesence. My room was clean but outside the hallways there were lot of gym equipment which are broken I think. The pool is for namesake. Apparently only 3 feet...

“Sadly the pool area needed a good renovation, the hot tub brought in a fair amount of boiling water, which you could feel with your legs, and the shower had little pressure and heat. Breakfast was good but would of benefited from some fruits. 🍉 Sadly, not worth the price.”

“I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. “Property was beautiful. Could have used grass cutting in the garden. There’s absolutely no cellular connection so just have offline maps downloaded that would be helpful. But location is absolutely beautiful”
