Hotel a Redford

“I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. They reeked of mildew. Our family had nowhere to sleep that night, so we had to...

“Beautiful room and inn! Lauren was there to welcome us and we felt very at home. The breakfasts and available coffee, tea and snacks were so appreciated, as was the gorgeous view of the lake and mountains. Thank you for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!”

“We had a king room..the cleanliness was not terrible but the hotel def needs to be updated. Lots of things broken and stuff needed fixing ”

“Staff was very accommodating. But the conditions of the room not all that great my door locked looked like someone had previously tried to break in door had scratches. I felt a bit unsafe staying the night there it was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Would I stay again probably not. But appreciates the family room it was convenient and helpful it was in the hotel itself”

“Comforter with stained front desk, staff was very rude. There was ice fell over in the parking lot at the point slipped a few times. Very loud! One of the worse hotel stays I’ve ever had but I love the area ”
