“Barnacle Bay is located in the perfect spot for ease of access to all Hampton Beach has to offer. Its easy to find and is a 5 minute walk to Ocean Ave and the beach. While located close to everything and to the surrounding homes and rentals, it is extremely quiet. Manie and Leslie were super responsive. Checking in was easy. Our unit parking spot was in a parking lot directly around the corner, so not on premises, but was not at all an issue. The unit was clean and updated. We couldnt...

“Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. ”

“Property was nice. Easy to find and clean inside. Looks just like the pictures. Close to everything. We ate at Seaglass restaurant and was a perfect dinner and beautiful view. ”

“My Mom and I stayed here when we had to come for a funeral. We loved the view, the shared courtyard and the proximity to the beach. The place looked just like the photos and Sean was super responsive. Although there isn't a patio there is a huge lawn with chairs and a BBQ. ”
