“I booked this reservation through Expedia 10 minutes before arriving to the hotel. It looks not much like the pictures. It was super hot when you walked in the lobby and the property just felt off as soon as I walked in, I went to the front desk and told them I wanted to cancel the reservation. I had not signed any papers nor was a room ready. It definitely did not feel like the place for us to stay two adults and two children

“First of all , when I got there I was told that I did not have a reservation there but I had one confirmed on expedia. Then I was told that someone else had checked in under my name but my credit card was not used. I was given another reservation. The room was clean but had many issues. The air conditioner did not work and the drain in the sink did not drain well. There was damage to the floor . walls and bathroom door. The luggage rack was broken as was a curtain. We did not eat breakfast there...

“A couple of the lights in our room did not work. The HVAC controller on the unit was dismantled. We figured out that the heat/ac was controlled by a wall thermostat. But, when they dismantled the controls on the unit itself, they might have left a note or sign. I just knew to look on the wall.
Also, the refrigerator did not have a freezer. When we travel from Florida to head north for the summer, we typically need a freezer to at least refreeze the ice packs for our coolers.”
