“The staff were friendly. Nice area, wasn’t the best but okay. Rooms were clean. Close to all the major attractions so that made it a huge plus. My only complaints where I wish the tv had more channels and the reviews were right about the hot water not being the best.”

“We loved the breakfasts, the staff, the cleanliness, the room size and more. Our only glitch, and it's a big one, is that due to a glitch with the fire alarm system, we had to vacate our room at 3:05, early, early on Sunday, June 14. The system was still acting up later in the morning. That has never happened to us in any of the dozens of times that we have stayed in motels over our 55 year marriage. I feel that we should be compensated for our disrupted night's sleep.”

“I liked the property but the parking situation is a complete nightmare. I had to drive around and fight for a spot every time I wanted to go somewhere (this was even parking some distance away; I wasn’t trying to get a close spot, just to park anywhere). Total circus and meanwhile there’s underground parking for a valet fee. Don’t tout “free parking” when it really isn’t or open up that other parking area. I was beyond frustrated.”

“Quality of service was average, but one lady at the front desk stood out. Forgot her name. I believe she is the youngest, but with a bright future. She took care of our stay and we were impressed by her willingness to go above and beyond to fix a glitch that happened with hotel miscommunication. Thank you young lady!!!”
