“Everything was EXCEPTIONAL! The house, location, floor plan, furniture, appliances, bedding, lighting, the art, the flooring, rugs, etc. The kitchen was so well stocked a gourmet cook would be impressed. Is rained off and on so sadly, we were not able to take advantage of the lovely outdoor spaces. It’s impossible to exaggerate the description on this VRBO. Thank you, Bill.”

“This home is absolutely gorgeous and you'll want to spend some time taking in all the special design details. My garden club of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wished we could have stayed longer to cook a meal in the kitchen that had every single thing you could want including spices. “We enjoyed this spacious house in prime location to our event we attended in Waco. All of the well-sized bedrooms have their own full bathroom. Their is ample space in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and serve, just bring your food and drinks! The large outdoor area in the back has seating, a deck and plenty of play space! We loved the gated back parking area. The hosts are very availabile and respond quickly. Thank you for an amazing stay!”

“Stayed for a girl’s weekend with a few friends. It was awesome to all get our own bathrooms! Everything was close enough to walk to, particularly all things Magnolia! Charmaine was easy to get ahold of. Recommend making reservations at Magnolia Table for breakfast and Cafe Homestead for lunch or dinner (both closed on Sundays) and we enjoyed Pignetti’s for dinner one night too- delicious Italian dinner! Coffee was great at Magnolia Press and get cupcakes at Silos Baking!!”

“Had some minor issues and had a wrong telephone number which complicated communication with the host However once they were aware they responded immediately. The house was lovely and we enjoyed the yard and pool in the evening…thank you Mark and Tiffany”

“Just as it looks on the episode of fixer upper. Comfy cozy and clean. Kitchen well stocked bedrooms were spacious with full closets. No dressers for folded clothes. Only on bedroom with a king bed was comfortable. Queen and twin beds were average. Appreciated the gated driveway and secure lock on back door. Would like one on front door. Overall we loved it. Very homey.”
