“Stanze ben ideate, microonde e frigorifero. Hotel pulito e profumato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Fuori Chicago, ma vicino la stazione di Lombard, da cui sibraggiunge il centro città in 30 minuti. Perfetto per chi ha la macchina. ”
“The hotel is strategically located 8 km from the O’Hare airport that is to say 15 minutes away if driving. Motel style building. Free parking around the hotel. Very good for late flights or early departures. Nice staff. Tea/coffee station in the lobby all day. No breakfast before six a.m. even if included in the rate. No breakfast boxes! ”
“The hotel is super old and not worth the money we paid. The bed was too soft, the shower you almost needed pliers to turn it off as it kept dripping. The room was dirty on the table, there are ants in the bathroom. No oligarchy bed to plug in phones, I had to unplug clock to plug one in by one side of bed, the other one had to find a plug behind the dresser. We will not stay here ever again and do not recommend this place. ”

"The hotel is very similar to other hotels around the airport, good for late flights or early departures. Buffet Breakfast is included and staff is kind. The very annoying point is that the hotel shuttle from airport to hotel must be booked online by using a link that you can know only if you call the hotel by phone . Frankly, as soon as the client book the room, this instruction should be given!!! We spent one hour waiting at the “Hotel Shuttle Area” where ALL the other hotels pick the clients up! before calling (please note: European mobile phones charge a lot for a call in the States!) So, do not choose this hotel for the transfer, bad service "
