“The setting was beautiful in Lakeville, CT. The property was clean and very much updated and the staff was incredibly friendly. We attended a wedding and reception at the inn and it was beautiful. Highly recommend!”

“First, we were upgraded to a King room/Blue Room at the Charter House. It was beautiful! Freshly redone with the the new smell still in the air. Space was spotless with fluffy towels, comfortable king bed, great pillows.”

“Good family hotel, with big rooms and kitchen. the breakfast is very basic and the wifi is very good and stable. the gym is also very nice and well equipped. unfortunately the staff is not changing towels and replanishing the water daily, so you have to bring your own from the room. the pool is small but very well maintained and clean. there is no housekeeping. you have to spend your own time cleaning the bathrooms, changing towels, removing garbage.....”

“This a historic building with "features" you would expect from a historic building. Charming. Each room is unique. Room 1 has a balcony to sit out on. ”

“This hotel was clean , quiet, the staff was helpful. The amenities were also clean and nicely maintained. The gym, pool area and breakfast area was spotless. Loved the 24hr coffee, tea and hot chocolate area. Cookies appeared each day at 3pm. Staff was as helpful or invisible as you needed them to be. I would definitely stay here again. Also close proximity to everything you want to see and do in the Hudson Valley and New Paltz.”
