“The property was very clean. Check in/check out was easy. The person at front desk was very nice and helpful. Pool was super clean, but small. Overall a very nice place to stay. Would recommend.”

“Really only interacted with the night desk and she was so nice and friendly. The only amenities I used were the washer and dryer and it worked well. The hotel was close to Walmart which helped and close to other places. I will stay again when we go back to Galveston.”

“The building needs some work. The shower needed some maintenance done. The wall plugs were loose and when you tried to plug or unplug anything it was risky. The A/C worked pretty well you could not adjust the settings though. The beds were not too bad. Over all it was okay. The staff had no problem giving towels or anything like that.”

“We thought this place was great for the price! The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked great and our room was very clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We loved that we could walk across the street to the beach and that we were at the quieter end of the city where the traffic and beach is less busy.”

“I received an old refrigerator and an even older microwave; both items should have been thrown away. The tub wasn’t clean and the toilet was very low to the floor. The balcony had chip paint that came off on your hands and arms. This hotel needs some upgrades, but it does have potential to be a wonderful place to stay. The front desk staff are wonderful, very nice and helpful.”

“This place is a dump. I wouldn’t let my dog stay in it staff very unfriendly AC not working room smelled like mold. Just a horrible experience could not even stay had to book somewhere else the same night.”
