Hotel a Saranac

“Terrible smell. The mattress and pillows were super soft you would sink in the bed. The bedroom didn’t even have a small table to sit down have a coffee”

“When I booked the place,have was not mentioned that Bathrooms and showers are shared,but for 1,2 days is ok. On other side was very clean,room perfect size with fridge,AC,water. And in living room downstairs was great coffee and tea and milk and games,books. Lovded my stay for money and what has to offer for short trip. Thank you.”

“The place is in deep renovations. Had to ask for a different room as the one we initially got smelled too bad like paint. You go through endless hallways with rooms in construction. As one can imagine dirt and dust. I know it’s temporary but that was a bit unexpected and took away from the experience. Which otherwise should be quite nice.”

“The check-in was in a different building. Odd but it worked. On 2nd floor with no elevator. Room was good size. Decent bathroom, small fridge. Beds and pillows were good. Saw indoor pool but did not use. Bfast was good with waffles and a couple hot items. Great location off Highway. Would stay again.”

“Charlotte at the front desk and the good coffee was the best part of our stay. Checkin time is at 3:00 but our room was not ready. We never got check in until 6:00 without any compensation for our troubles. There were 2 other couples who could not get check in because the rooms had not been cleaned yet and there were no clean towels! She called the manager, James Ballard and he would not even come in to help with the problem!!! The room had missing lamp shades, cracked window blinds, and dirty...

“The room was clean and on the small side. It is situated across the street from Saranac Lake. We liked the fact that they had areas to sit outside the rooms and also a couple gazebos . It was quiet and a great place to relax after an active day.”

“Beautiful view! The outdoor fireplace facing that view is outstanding. The maintenance person, brought us over a bucket of firewood! Rooms, are very clean- and the food is great!”
