“When we booked the hotel room, we got alternative breakfast for two ppl, but hotel staff and Expedia customer service said that we don’t see it in their system. I showed them on my phone and it clearly says in my account on the Marriott website but still they didn’t help. Don’t book through Expedia. You will lose the breakfast benefit, even if it shows on the special benefits section in our account.”

“Overall it was a great stay! Very clean bath accommodations, bed was comfortable and very spacious room.. however, on arrival, we noticed the top bedsheet was torn and shredded on one corner. Not what one would expect in a 4.5 star rating hotel. The staff opened the door occasionally but not a big deal, but the doors are heavy and a problem for me since I have major shoulder problem.”

“ottimo hotel in posizione perfetta per lavorare a Washington DC downtown via Metro o per piacere in Alexandria old Town. camere pulite e spaziose. reception efficiente e professionale. happy hour con offerta vino nel pomeriggio. unica pecca la colazione: servizio incredibilmente insufficiente e offerta di cibo molto povera. 30 minuti di attesa per un tè come minimo... pessimo ”
