“Desk clerk was fantastic. Room was terrible. Nasty stains on bedsheets and mattress…left immediately after discovering. Requested complete refund and desk clerk contacted manager for approval and granted full refund. ”

“I loved everything about this place and hope to return. I did not have breakfast here, bc that's not an important ammenity for me. But every other thing i want in a hotel is here. Clean, dark windows, quiet, great layout, smelled good, great staff, great shower, amazing bed wth perfect pillows. Little bar for a night cap. Well lit large free parking lot. Fitness area. Fluffy towels. Late check out. Perfect. Thank you for the excellent service. ”

“We arrived two hours past check in time and our room wasn’t ready. We were told 10-15 more minutes so we left to get dinner. An hour later we came back and were told 10-15 minutes more. We had an event we had to leave for so we were not able to get in our room or drop off our luggage before leaving for the event, which was the point of stopping at the hotel first. “We were disappointed with the new updates to the hotel. The mattress sagged in the middle. Housekeeping is every other day unless requested. Our room wasn’t ready at a 5 pm check in. Then we didn’t have towels. All things were easily rectified except the sinking mattress.”

“Room was smelling really bad, walls' paint in the room is pealing off, sink in the restroom had been broken, I had to remove the drain plug from the sink with my fingers, it wasn't attached to anything and just there to prevent water from draining. Morning was frustrating for the stuff because kitchen wasn't working, no breakfast was available. ”

“There were ants on our beds, bad area of town for $529 I paid a night. Would not stay here again.”
