Was told our room had everything we needed and front desk would not get us more towels because they said the owner is supposed to provide everything. Had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights. Was duped on this property and will not return.”

I understand the need for the door alarm given the proximity to the pool but the outside switch would never shut it off if you entered that way. “The property was excellent. Located just a few steps away from the beach and close to everything you could need at a walking distance. It was clean and the host was very communicative, and even kindly let us rinse off at the outdoor shower after having gone to the beach, although we had already checked out. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We were told that there were quite a few things included in the stay that we quickly found out were broken. We bought food to put in the fridge (that the listing said the unit had) only to find out it was frozen over and covered in mold. We alerted the host of this and he only responded that he could call housekeeping. He never responded to our issue of losing the food we purchased.
