Hotel a Shorewood

“Good location, staff attentive, comfortable beds, clean. Would have been nice if a bottle of water was in the room. Breakfast sufficient. Laundry room was out of commission so that was a little disappointing for me. Other than that, I would stay there again if I was in the area”

“The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room refrigerator did not work and we did not realize it until the next day so the takeout order (three meals) we purchased to take home had to be thrown away. ”

“They don’t do housekeeping automatically, so you'll need to request a room clean 24 hours in advance. That said, the staff were really helpful and accommodating. ”

“Between thin walls, doors that don’t have a seal around them, young girls screaming and yelling in the hallways, and the continuous slamming of other room doors we had no sleep before a 5 am flight. Oddly enough we could even hear when a suitcase was being rolled down the hallway. We will never stay at a Hyatt property again. .”

“The Prime Rate Inn remains the worst hotel or motel stay in decades, this from a very experienced traveler. The Inn is rundown, with shoddy worn out furniture, that connects with travelling contractors and homeless people with low standards. The front desk is surrounded by plastic, to address security concerns. You'll notice the smell of mold, covered by cleaning chemicals upon entry.
