“Hotel is really nice and clean. And front desk staff is very helpful. I got a little leary feeling from a couple of people who were hanging outside by the back door. Not sure if they were staying there but I want to say I don't believe so. I'm not sure how many security cameras are on this property but I feel there should probably be more and also more lighting around the building parking lots and entrances. We stayed at this place 2x on different nights during our vacation trip”
“The lady at the reception was very unpolite.
Most of the room face on an inner aisle and there is no natural light entering the room. The internal light is low thus the room is always a bit dark.
The sink was blocked and the water was not running down.
The faucet on the sink was very caked.
The shower stall had black deposits on the corners.
In general the bathroom needs a thorough cleaning.
The mattress is too soft.”
“My adult daughter and I planned a quick 2 night trip to Mall of America which is only 15 minutes away from the hotel.
I loved the friendliness of the staff. It was right next to Cracker Barrel, so that was nice too.
The A/C worked great too.
On the con side it could use an update for example the paint can use an update in the bathroom.
I would stay here again, we felt safe and welcomed.
PS if you are short like me (5’1”) the beds in our room are high. I travel with a little step for beds...
