“Piacevole pernottamento per una breve tappa. Camera pulita e spaziosa. Personale gentile. Colazione continentale. Posizione non centralissima ma si raggiunge Downtown in pochi minuti in macchina”

“Overall stay was horrible. Checking in front desk clerk was abrupt and rude. Did not get maid service at all for room. 1st night had to request fresh towels and someone brought some. Next day maid service came and asked them to come a little later was in shower and would be gone in 30 minutes.. Came back that evening room not cleaned nor any maid service. Contacted desk and told if we wanted clean towels had to come down from room and get them ourself. They said maid service was gone and...

“While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room...

“Still under construction. Door key was funky and air conditioner doesn't work well.”

“During our stay we checked in with a lovely young woman who was very professional as well as friendly. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a microwave. I would stay again.”

“A little noisy at night with doors closing and disturbances, some people were drinking in parking lot, felt not very safe”

“Staff was on top of the details and very friendly. We did not use the pool, but the breakfast was great/varied selections. The location could not have been better with access to the university, stores, and restaurants.”

“We like going to Grand Harbor Resort bc it has a great location - river walk, aquarium, etc. Park needs to be refreshed and rooms (bathroom specifically) need to be cleaned better. Our last room was very dusty and toilet seat was not clean. I usually wipe all surfaces so I had to do it thoroughly this time given the above-mentioned.”
