“The Hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, clean and simple…but what we didn’t like was the breakfast. No choice, for 4 days the pancake machine wasn’t usable for unknown reason.. This aspect must be improved. The pool need to be cleaned more ..”

“The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. We parked in the garage. It was safe.”

“This is most certainly an aged hotel. It has potential because of its location, but it is well past it's prime. Furniture is very worn and the hallways are dated. Cleanliness was just ok and I found someone else's hair in my shower. I would choose a more updated hotel next time.”

The on-site restaurant had great food, and the little coffee shop in the lobby was great every morning. This is where I’ll stay next time I’m in Alexandria.”

“Looks are deceiving. It is not well kept like the pictures. Staff did not clean rooms thoroughly nor did they give us clean towels or make beds. We found holes in linen to include the shower curtains. The pool never opened even when we were told it would be.”
