“We were going to only stay here for 1 night, because we flew in after midnight and we couldn’t get into our hotel for our cheer event until 10 am. This property looks nothing like how it’s advertised on the internet. We checked in and checked out with on an hour. I had to find a different hotel. The room was not clean stains on the pillows, bedding, the curtains had stains on them, the air conditioning and heating looked dirty with mold and ceiling had patched work from water damage. “This was our 2nd stay at this property and we loved it. Lara at check in was great ! Offered me some Expedia upgrades, which was great. Room was updated and clean with a great view of the pool and a soaking tub. Everyone at the pool was so friendly and nice. My husband is a bit of a picky eater and they were very helpful getting him something to eat everyday at the pool. Shout out to Kevin and Sharon for sure! Top notch :) Also make sure you find the Sunset Pool over by Rusty's.. adults...
