“Buon albergo a 5 minuti da Newport in ottima posizione per effettuare un tour del Galles meridionale: subito dietro lo svincolo per la M4 che collega appunto le principali destinazioni turistiche. Camera un po' angusta per una famiglia di 4 persone, pulizia delle camere a "fasi alterne" personale gentile, buona la colazione inclusa. ”

“E' inziato male....al check in ho chiesto una wake up call per la mattina seguente h 630, loro hanno confermato ma...non mi hanno chiamato, mi sono svegliato alle 8 da solo con conseguenze negative e ritardi sugli appuntamenti di lavoro. “I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. I even used the pool which had a lift for disabled folks to get in/out. Had a great stay and a great time. Lovely friendly people and very helpful. My wife even pulled the...
