“È la seconda volta che prenoto questo hotel, soprattutto per la sua posizione strategica e la facilità con cui è possibile raggiungere i luoghi di interesse. Il personale è molto cortese; desidero fare una menzione speciale a Chiara, Event Manager, una professionista instancabile, competente e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta con gentilezza e attenzione. “Short stay. Did not use spa facilities. But the room was very spacious, very clean. Highly recommend.”

“Probably great if you are a golf and spa person. However, if you had other ideas, such hiking and have no vehicle, not great. There is a hiking trail that starts behind the Golf Club where they store the golf carts (it took us a few hours to find it as the instructions how to get to it were hard to find). The trail (Vale Trail 8) takes you through boggy bug infested fields for hours before you get to the forest, but we never made it, somehow losing the trail and running out of water). So, unless...

“Breakfast was very good and in a lovely peaceful garden. Staff in the hotel were fantastic, really helpful even under pressure. It was horribly hot the weekend that we were there (unusual for Cardiff) but they did everything possible to make us comfortable with fans (no air-conditioning).”
