Hotel per fare shopping a South Glamorgan

“E' inziato male....al check in ho chiesto una wake up call per la mattina seguente h 630, loro hanno confermato ma...non mi hanno chiamato, mi sono svegliato alle 8 da solo con conseguenze negative e ritardi sugli appuntamenti di lavoro. Lo ho fatto presente loro hanno detto che non ho risposto (!) alla chiamata. Il giorno dopo ho fatto la stessa cosa, mi sono messo la sveglia al cellulare 10 minuti prima, ho atteso che squillasse la sveglia hotel alle 630 am ma niente (la suoneria del telefono...

“I was staying for a course I was attending for a week, and this was absolutely perfect for my needs. It was clean, comfy, and had great facilities. Parking was right outside the door.”

“I paid for 2 nights this was changed to one night for the same price! I ended up having to find another place to stay on the Saturday. I got a partial refund which did not cover the original 1 night stay so ended up paying more and then still having to book a room elsewhere. The “spacious” room was a bedroom in a shared flat it was clean enough but was in a dreary housing estate with nothing nearby.”
