“Did not like the check in process with the person in the kiosk. Very difficult to understand. Expedia noted a continental breakfast but there was no food. Room was very clean.”

“Alexia the best person to represent this hotel. She is friendly, and has exceptional customer service. I had called over the phone to request a roll away bed and to also ask few more questions about the hotel. She accommodated my request and answered all my questions. The breakfast was good. The only downfall was that the jacuzzi wasn't working and the pool was not heated.
