Hotel con animali ammessi a South Reno

“Tutto ok”

“Food service to room was excellent. Food excellent. The tip was included in invoice. That was fine. But we did not know this and tiped server again.”

“Nice hotel. Staff was polite and helpful, and the place was kept super clean. Loved the free afternoon cookies and having access to Starbucks drinks at the grill in the lobby. I gave a 4 star rating because even though many of the amenities were top notch, my travel companion and I both felt that the beds were not the most comfortable. However, if in Reno, I would stay there again just because it is conveniently located and has other amenities I appreciated.”

“The kitchen is too small, dated, poor location.”

“The rooms were large, very clean, very well designed and the bed was comfortable. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The indoor hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day.”

“Clean, helpful staff at desk and at breakfast section; cleaning crew were respectful of notes on the door.”

“Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. The pool was cold and there was no spa as indicated. There was some problems with light not working by the bedside and some bugs in the room. Overall it was a bed .”

“Great place to stay. Easy to find with professional and friendly staff.”

“I like that the communication was good through the expedia app to contact our accommodations for the studio. Room was very small but clean. Room got extremely hot at night even w fan and air running but air turned off when sleeping. Made for a very hard time resting. Had to take all bedding off to sleep comfortably. Hard children crying late at night after 10pm 11pm.glad it was clean tho”
