“The entire hotel smells like heavy cigarette smoke… you can’t breathe! If you are a non smoker this place is not for you .. they walk around with cigarettes in their hands everywhere!!! Even to check in man in back of me smoking… disgusting!!! They say they have non smoking machines area , well it’s so small and over taken with smoke anyway!! Terrible !!”

“I didn’t get the adjoining rooms I was promised, and I didn’t even get to go into my second room until 7pm when check in was at 3pm. I booked this two months in advance and called to confirm one month in advance. Then they tried to charge me three times for two rooms. The room I was in was not in great condition, with the furniture being broken in spots on the drawers and cabinets. Will not be booking again.”

“Loved our stay here! Every staff member we encountered was so helpful and friendly and welcoming. The property was quite big and we got lost a few times overall it was a great experience. I visited in April and I’m rebooking for July. All the food we had there in a different restaurants were excellent.”
