Here are things that detracted from our stay. First, before even entering the building, the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong and worse in the lobby. “My overall experience was nice. My room was clean, but a bit dated. The shower could have been warmer. The staff were great. I will probably stay here again on my next visit to Reno.”

“Room was clean .Staffs were nice .Breakfast is only with good credits and got members only when you already ended the breakfast then they bill you and tell you.But the hotel says when booked that breakfast is included. All like a trap. casino is very small .overall -not for kids and families. 3/5”
