Lodge a South Reno

“Got to the property early, did the pre check in and was told my room number and that I would receive a call when my room was ready. Went back at 3:00 ( official check in time) and was told my room still was not ready and they told me my room a different room number than what they told me before, which leads me to believe my room was given away. They again told me I would receive a call when my room was ready, by 5:30 and I still hadn’t heard from them so I went back and they were able to find...

“Room very comfortable. One garbage can was not emptied and there were a few candy wrappers on the floor. Otherwise, everything was clean. ”

“The host was very responsive to messages. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There were no kitchen towels, rags, or dish soap, so we just bought some to use while there. It worked well for our stay! Thank you!”

“Room was old and in poor condition. Broken furniture, tub/shower had patched hole that was coming apart, felt like another hole in bottom of tub. Disappointing.”
