“Dirty room with previous guest's pizza boxes in room, dirty sheets, no soap, etc. in bathroom. ”

“Broke my PlayStation by switching off the master power while house cleaning after requesting NO HOUSE CLEANING AND REFUSED TO GIVE US A DO NOT DISTURB TAB and then wouldn’t help at all about it and when my wife went to talk to them the were horribly rude. Roaches EVERYWHERE. They took our towels and refused to gives us more ”

“Horrible. Pulled in and saw drug deals, it was dirty and saw a couple FLICKING A NEEDLE. full of homeless people, a bunch of random totes and carts everywhere. As soon as i pulled in i had homeless people coming up to my car and then the lady at the front was demanding i give her MORE money even when i already paid and then refused my refund even tho i never even made it to a room! ”

“Front desk was not very welcoming. There was hardly any toilet paper in the bathroom only a partial of a roll. Other than that the room was clean just very stuffy.”

“There were bugs, possibly ants, in the juice machine. I let the manager know. He looked but didn’t really seem to know what to say or do. I had already swallowed some bugs in my juice and had spit the rest out. I thought it was pulp! I know, gross. Breakfast was an individually packaged pastry, like a bear claw, no cereal, oatmeal, eggs, pancakes, etc., like at most other similar hotels. Room was very clean, AC and heater worked well. Water pressure excellent. ”

“Room is stink bad broke blankets got holes in it no microwave no refrigerator and the front office won't last you to warm your food either terrible stay is the last option hotel!!!!!”

“First room assigned was not cleaned or prepped to be occupied, 2nd contained illicit drug residue, I was assigned a second room that was furnished with queen beds and not the single king size bed that I’d reserved , I checked out a day earlier than planned because of these issues and my expenses were not duly compensated or discounted…”
