Motel a Southeast Austin

“The staff was very helpful, considerate, and professional. The room was clean. Icemaker was brand new, but was giving staff problems. Have to go back in an hour or two. Had to wait for laundry to get washcloths and hand towels, but this was only a 45 minute inconvenience. I realize this is a low cost hotel, so I am not criticizing them for keeping material costs low, as well. Just noting the scheduling delay. “Right off the highway, easy to find. Maintained outdoors but does carry its own character and odor indoors. Rooms were good size, had full kitchen, table, closet space. They did have a laundry on the first floor, an elevator and available stairs. The bedding did have stains, some burn holes, and the room smelt like it once was a smokers at some point, which wasnt overpowering, but it was there.
