“Our stay was very nice. Very clean home. The host was available for all questions and very helpful. We only stayed one night for a short visit to a near by collage tour. We will keep this location on the list for future visits. ”

“The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable....

“This rental was exceptionally perfect. Location was walkable to Broad and Walnut area, easy parking, and not having to deal with the Center City traffic coming and going was ideal. Plenty of street parking and easy access, quick garages around the corner at Jefferson if preferred - unlike the valet experience on the other side of Broad. Space was clean, rooms comfortable, and kitchen super convenient. Great stay!”

“Great location close to town. Parking is perfect. We walked almost everywhere. The unit was definitely big enough for 2 of us. Great kitchen setup tho we didn’t cook since so many great restaurants close by.”

“We stayed here while visiting an aunt. We liked the location and it was great having the living area and kitchenette. We were able to get up and make our own breakfast, which was nice. We also packed some lunches as well, and stored some food for dinner with my aunt. Having the kitchenette was key.”

“Very conveniently located near Princeton downtown. The place was comfortable, clean and the host was very responsive. With ample parking in the back, overall a great stay.”
