“I brought my staff to the island for a working retreat and this was the perfect venue! The house was beautiful—a great balance of antique and modern decor with all the amenities you would ever need. The location is definitely within a short walk of the strand or a cheap uber ride. The hostess was very responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We will be back!”

“The property was great. I would recommend it, and would definitely stay there again for our family of 5. My only observation worth mentioning is that there were a couple homeless people wandering through the neighborhood. We never felt threatened or uncomfortable, but just be aware if that is something that may bother you. Overall though, we give it 5 stars. ”

“My husband had to work in Galveston and this was perfect for him. It was only a 5 minute drive to the office. I tagged along. Place was well kept and clean. Walls are thin but it is an old home and you can hear everything outside. The evenings were pretty much quite though you could hear a dog barking nearby and construction across the street by 8 o'clock a.m. They're building a new high school.
