“I asked for a non-smoking room and what I got was a room that smelled like cigarette. I had to go buy and spray the room to make it smell better but worked temp. I asked to change my room, and they said they couldn't until the next day at 3pm. I was temping to sleep in my car just to avoid the odor. I will avoid this motel at all costs especially if you are a non-smoker. ”

“It takes A LOT for me to write a bad review, but to say that I was disappointed is an understatement. Disappointed that Expedia doesn't use discernment when choosing which hotels they promote, disappointed that my family didn't feel safe enough to even go inside the lobby, disappointed that I spent what I consider to be a considerable amount of money for a hotel room that wasn't even used, and disappointed that what was supposed to be a fun trip to watch a bowl game turned into a stressed out...
