“Everything is old in there. Hallways smell like dog pee. Bugs were found in beds. Roaches were walking on the walls in bathroom. Place does not look anything like the pictures shown.”

“My room was smelling like drain, hangers all rusted, everything dirty, it wasn’t a good experience, no fridge at the room, i asked them to change my room and they wanted me to pay extra for it knowing my room wasnt in a good condition”

“We arrived at the location and the guy in the front said the system what down and it wouldn’t be up for hours or until 7am. we couldn’t get a refund because no one responded to our message we sent. I had to spend more money for a different hotel.”
