“L'unica spiegazione che ci siamo dati all'arrivo è che l'hotel stava per fallire e noi eravamo gli ultimi clienti da sfruttare. Vergognoso, già entrando nelle scale odore di urina e sporcizia dappertutto. Siamo arrivati la sera tardi e una notte l'abbiamo dovuta passare in camera. Abbiamo richiesto delle lenzuola pulite e le abbiamo cambiate prima di dormire. Non ci siamo lavati perché gli asciugamani erano pieni di macchie. Il giorno dopo abbiamo abbandonato l'hotel anche se avevamo un' altra...

“Blow dryer cord was cut, phone did not work, ac was loud, bar was busy with undesirable people going all through the parking lot, outside security door did not work.”

“The room was horrible. There was dead roaches smashed on the wall. A one inch gap under the entrance door, poop smeared on the back of the bathroom door, black mold growing around the tub and on the front window seal. One of the beds smelled so bad that all 4 people had to share the less smelly bed, and this was actually the second room they gave us as the first rooms toilet didn't not flush. None of the phones in the room worked. There were no towels in the room. And we all ended up with sinus...
