“Yes we uesd the heater & air. Both great. They accommodated us with our 3 small dogs & charged appropriately even though there is a 2 dog minimum. My first conversation was weeks before with Victor & said no problem with downstais & pets. Bobby was always very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. I”

“L'unica spiegazione che ci siamo dati all'arrivo è che l'hotel stava per fallire e noi eravamo gli ultimi clienti da sfruttare. Vergognoso, già entrando nelle scale odore di urina e sporcizia dappertutto. Siamo arrivati la sera tardi e una notte l'abbiamo dovuta passare in camera. Abbiamo richiesto delle lenzuola pulite e le abbiamo cambiate prima di dormire. Non ci siamo lavati perché gli asciugamani erano pieni di macchie. Il giorno dopo abbiamo abbandonato l'hotel anche se avevamo un' altra...

“The hotel was worth the money for a week I had to stay for my college residency. I liked the staff was very attentive specially the cleaning lady. The kitchen was small but functional. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had booked a room with 2 queen beds with a kitchen but once I arrived there was only a king bed available; after that everything else was smooth.”
