“When we walked into the room it smelled very damp and musty. The air conditioning was set at 67 degrees and the room was very cold. We switched the heating cooling unit to heat and turned up the heat for a little while to get rid of the cold feeling and that did help a little bit with the mustiness. We had to go to a wedding party and discovered there was no hair dryer in the room. My fiance checked with the front desk and was told every room had a hair dryer and the clerk told her they did not...

“Took an extremely long time for the front desk staff to figure out what was wrong with the computer system. I never got property checked-in after about 20 minutes. Then, when I got to the room, the TV wouldn’t work and there was no one available to take a look and figure it out. Finally, the water pressure in the bathroom sink (room 224) was non- existent. Very disappointed in my experience at this location.”
