“This building is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. We stayed in "Kate's Room" and the bits of history and decor were elegant and deliberate. We had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfortable, and the house was quiet. We will, without a doubt, stay at the Shamokin BnB again if we find ourselves in Shamokin.”

“The building was being renovated. The lobby was closed. I had to step over a worker grouting a tile floor in order to check in thru a door at the side if the gift shop. the stairwells had construction materials in them. The fire door at the first floor was blocked open. This hotel had no business being open! The lady at the front desk was very understanding. She refunded our money and we went elsewhere.”

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". Migliorare il servizio”

“Rooms were very small. Not as clean as I expected for a Hilton property. Staff interaction at front desk was not very courteous. Would not stay here again. ”

“The breakfast, staff and amenities were excellent. There was some spots in the room that were missed in cleaning, a baseboard in the bathroom and noticed what looked like food or drink stain on wall. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.”

“Clean but pretty run down. The toilet seat had a crack in it, there was no way toilet paper holder, and the blinds didn’t open. It had a fridge and microwave in the room and was clean, but it needs some love. The WiFi also didn’t work very well. ”
