Hotel a Springfield

“The room was nice and clean. The staff was all very friendly and the location ideal for our visit. We went for the annual Toad Suck Daze 5k with a large group. My only negative is that they start breakfast too late for anyone running in the race. They did compromise by offering us cold items, which was appreciated, but you'd think they would anticipate race attendees on this one day every year and have breakfast ready a bit earlier.”

“My room was not in good shape at all. It had a smell to it , the chair was in awful condition torn, very dirty I couldn’t even sit in it. I was visiting family and I wanted to have them over to swim in the pool and it was cloudy and green! The cabinet door that had the refrigerator in it was sprung. The shades on the lamps were in poor condition! I requested my room to be cleaned to remove the trash and it was never done the four nights I was there.I would not stay at this hotel again.”

“Good value motel right off I-20 with friendly staff, free parking in front of your room, nice free breakfast. Golden Corral buffet next door, lots of other options within walking distance. Quiet, safe area.”

“It looked like there was feces smeared across the bathroom wall. We didn’t pay attention to it until we were leaving the morning after our stay and I was too grossed out to take a photo. Room 220.”

“My dissatisfaction with the accommodations were not expressed to management until I was checking out on the final day. That is because I did not have time to deal with the issues while I was there.......VACATION. Here is a short list of the problems that I encountered during my stay: cockroaches in the bathroom and bathtub; in-room phone didn't work so I could call the front desk; missing electrical faceplate in bathroom; the three lamp shades in the room were broken and dangling; refrigerator...

“We could have used a few more coffees. We only had 2 coffee servings for a 3 day stay for 2 of us. But we always had plenty clean towels and other supplies.very clean and our host at desk was very polite and personally took us to our room and showed us how to run tv and oriented us to the room. Thank you”

Not only friendly but trustworthy & honest - my husband left his necklace in the room and didn’t realize it until we were a few hours away, we called and the housekeeper had found it and turned it in to the front desk! So very thankful for the honesty and integrity of the staff!!”

“I have stayed at this motel every year for my annual reunion for many years. After this year i wont stay there again. The 1st room smelled so badly i asked for another one. The 2nd room was much better, however the whole motel smells bad. They do not have an iron or ironing board in the room so i went to the front desk to asked for one but they only have an iron, no ironing board. There were only 2 wash cloths in the room.
