“Very outdated- I wore flip flops in the shower! They did not have a coffee maker in the room, no ice either.”

“Very convenient location, very clean rooms (which was nice). Room had everything we needed. Breakfast was very much appreciated but mediocre quality. Overall very good experience”

“The staff was very helpful and courteous. But the room smelled, there were flying bugs in the room. The cover on top of the beds were stained and were very dingy, as if not cleaned. The bathtub looked very unclean and the shower curtains were dirty. With all that said, thank God we were only staying one night, I already had cleaning sprays and lysol. We were definitely not taking a shower and we slept on top of the bed with our blankets spread so we did not touch the covers. WORST PLACE I...

“We had a room on the second floor although the hotel has a luggage cart they had no elevator to bring up the luggage so we had to carry luggage up for a weeks stay.”

“For the price, this hotel is fine. However, don't be fooled by a rating over 7/10. It is closer to a 5/10. It was clean and the staff friendly but the maintenance is terrible. The last paint job was sloppy, the chairs in the rooms have stains on them, etc. It's essentially just showing its age. The price was good but don't get your hopes up on overall quality.”

“Our main reason for choosing this property was it had an indoor pool. When we checked in, we were told the pool was not working and they didn’t know when it would be back in working order. This should be posted on their website. Another issue is that when I asked for a receipt at check out the young man did not seemed pleased. He was not very receptive at all to questions or acted as if he wanted to be there. My husband did appreciate the breakfast.”

“You can tell this place has been recently renovated and it looks great! The room was super clean and super spacious. It was in a nice quiet area despite being relatively close to the highway! Our only downfall is the pillows had no volume (for our liking) and when we asked for 2 more , were informed they had no extra pillows on property for us to use. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Virginia area, we'd just bring our own pillows to be a smidge more comfortable!”
