“Very disappointed, when we arrived from a 9 hour drive from Georgia just to find out there were no rooms available. We had to find another hotel to stay in for the weekend. Already tired and stressed out and had to deal with not having the room at the hotel we booked . We were not in Louisiana on vacation we were there because my husband sister was killed by a train and we were there for her funeral. So not having a room made it worse.”

“I’ve stayed here in the past and was always happy to return. However this time it wasn’t as pleasant. The tub had hair in it and by the time they could remedy it, we cleared it out ourselves. There were other issues, but we didn’t bother complaining about it. Years past, I remember there was a desk in the room so I could work, not this time. Even though there is a business room, I do a lot of video calls for work, not to mention the multiple monitors need to present - it wouldn’t be fair to...
