“We were very pleased with this place and will definitely return! Our room was spacious and nice. The shower was wonderful! They facility is not close enough to the freeway to hear the noise, that part was especially noticeable. And the breakfast, alright very typical, was enjoyable. The best part of breakfast was the fancy coffee machine! Thanks for a great stay. See you next time!”

“Front desk staff/maintenance staff were great. However, a particular female employee (perhaps cleaning staff) was EXTREMELY RUDE AND ABRASIVE to my wife. We had a problem with the door handle to front door of our room. Front desk staff told us how to get it to open. Next day still had the problem. My wife asked a cleaning staff lady if she could open the door. She said my wife had to go to front desk. My wife went to front desk, they walked back to room to assist.

“Seems like the employees are still learning to check-in process or the system was not working because it took more than 30 minutes to get a room key. The room was never cleaned(I stayed 2 days), towels never replenished. Cleanliness in the rooms and outside in the lobby was great. Employees are professional and very apologetic for wait time. I would stay here if I needed to for a day but I have had better experiences at other local hotels in the area. ”

“When we arrived, they told us there was no hot breakfast. Something about the oven broke or something like that. Then the next morning at 6:45 AM maintenance guy was out blowing the yard and I understand it's hot in Arizona, but that's unacceptable. And then at 7:15 in the morning, a woman opened our door and walked into our room and then walked out and when I called I was told I don't know who it is, but then they called back and said oh it was housekeeping they thought that you had checked...
