“I enjoyed the convenient location. Loved going to Box Park. Sainsbury’s is close by - but the baked goods section does run out fast. The lodging served my purpose - enjoyed it. Be warned - there are no lifts; but not a problem if you’re fit. The kitchen is available on the second floor - never encountered anyone using it when I did. I used it to get hot water and utilize the washer/dryer.”

“Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅”

“Overall the apartment was lovely and everything that was advertised but I was really disappointed with the check in process as not told how to get into building/ into room until we called and they then an hour later sent a email saying that the room is open and key on table.”

“The room is perfect for a solo traveller doing a short stay of London! You are a very short walk from the underground and the area is fairly quiet and felt very safe at night. The host was absolutely lovely and super quick with messages and very helpful with check in. You are provided with plenty of helpful amenities which make the stay a super pleasant one.”

“We specifically booked this place for the kitchen as doing long hours and couldn’t afford to eat out all days but there was a kitchen with a coffee machine and kettle - no proper cookware as said on the listing. We also had no info on check in until we had to ring 20mins before. Additionally - we thought we had booked a private bathroom and had to then pay more for that through a bit of a dodgy WhatsApp system. We also ran out of toilet paper and was told multiple times more was being brought...

“I like this apartment very much, just a few minutes walk from South Quay (DLR). There are 2 Tesco Express around, good location to pick some food for making my meals. We can easily get the way to the apartment , as they give a very clear and detail direction at the email. The receptionists are very nice and helpful. We communicated by emails when I have questions. Their response were very quick. The room itself is very spacious. It is good that each room has its own shower and washroom. ...

Apartment was super nice and had everything I needed as a business traveller (iron+board, hangers, hairdryer, a table that doubled as a desk). Nice espresso bar right next door.”
