“We’ve stayed here for years and it’s always been convenient, comfortable and friendly. Apparently the former owner sold, and now the room check in is all done virtually, which we’ve not had to deal with before. It was a surprise at check in to have no front desk, and nobody on site to assist. We had to initiate a zoom like call for help getting keys. The remote agent was helpful and we got keys, and it worked ok. She was in Canada. I’d rather deal with a local, on site manager and have some...

“Have stayed here at least 2 times before. Always a good experience with very clean rooms. The owner is in the process of updating and the updates which have been completed are very nice. I look forward to further updates, including a reopening of the pool.”

“Staff were nice, they are doing major renovations. Close access to the supper club (great!) All new furniture, flooring, etc in our room but needed a better cleaning. Showered in the morning and walking barefoot, my feet were black. No hairdryer, bummer. Broken/old furniture outside the window. A mini fridge was basically one of the night stands. Bathroom door was very hard to close due to layers of paint. Similar to vanity. Pool area seemed strange but the sauna looked nice. Didn't end up using...

“Room 124 was un-useable. The room smelled like a broken quart of cheap perfume. It was so bad that I could taste it and the smell came back out with my bag and shoes into my truck cab. I don’t know if there was a sewer backup or what they were covering up, but we couldn’t use the room and no one should be forced to use the room or pay anything for having booked it. We left and didn’t come back. They should be ashamed for renting it out.”
