“Wonderful resort ”

“Check in was easy and efficient although we arrived mid week. Amenities were very nice and we were upgraded to the concierge tower level which was a very pleasant surprise. We ate at the steakhouse and had an excellent meal. Played Blackjack and the dealers were nice as was the table atmosphere. Over all a very nice stay - will not miss the cigarette smoke in the casino/lobby when that's finally done away with :)”

“The staff was very helpful, room is very clean and spacious. Enjoyed my stay Although I didn’t get a chance to try the small cafe downstairs due to the fact they close at 10am.”

“Room was clean, large bathroom! Staff was friendly, we loved having the kitchen in our room. The free breakfast was just OK. Yogurt, but only vanilla, waffles, great OJ, they had chocolate, but only a few envelopes a day. As soon as it was gone, no refills. Scrambled eggs everyday and not very good ones. They did have begals with cream cheese! Hot tub was great. ”

“no treadmill in the gym, that was so odd. . Whole place smells like cigarette smoke including the rooms. Clean sheets and clean bathroom. Front desk staff were honestly rude and cold. NOt just to me but eeveryone I observed. Restaurant staff servers were all very nice. I ate at all of the restaurants. Food was ok not bad but overpriced for an average casino. I stayed 5 days. Staff does not greet you when you pass them unless you say hello first. But definitely was a clean room.”

“Clean room, new building, breakfast. Close to highway, easy to get anywhere in Reno. I wish bathroom door had no glass. When someone in your party needs to use restroom at night, the light can disturb other persons sleep”

“Hotel nuovissimo in zona di recente urbanizzazione vicinissimo a ristoranti e centro commerciale, affacciato a un laghetto e soprattutto non sembra di essere a Reno che è solo positivo. Pulito, accogliente, camere spaziose, buona colazione.”
