Ville a Sunny Isles Beach

“reasonably priced for 4couples”

“Home was set up nicely for a large group of travelers and very comfortable. Neighborhood was centrally located to shopping and restaurants. I recommend this location if you’re staying near Ft. Lauderdale ”

“We picked this location bc it’s about 15 mins from Miami Life, 7 mins from Midtown, and 20 mins from south beach !! I’ve stayed in much nicer areas but when I tell you the neighbors were friendly. They helped us with EVERYTHING we needed! I am prior military and I’m a stickler for cleanliness….. I’ll book again just bc of cleanliness alone! There weren’t any stray hairs in the shower or in the bedding. I found a tad bit dust… I mean a tad! This place was spotless. It has extra roller beds to...

“Perfect spot for our stay. Well appointed home, comfortable beds, nice neighborhood, close to many things. Especially enjoyed the outside pool area with a warm wonderful salt water pool. Would stay again for sure. ”

“Clean and family friendly. The host was very responsive and understanding.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Hidden Gem Villa. It was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We were also close to our family that we were visiting in the area. Having the pool, the newly installed hot tub as well as the gas grill made the stay very enjoyable!! We would definitely recommend this property and we are looking forward to staying there again!!”

“The kitchen is wonderful. Plenty of room in the house for us and our friends.”

“Some basic services were out of order like the air conditioning, coffee maker, and the outside gate.”

“The property was exactly as listed. The hosts (Andrey and Eduardo) were easy to contact and available when needed, even for the simplest things like me not knowing how to use the keypad...lol. They were also friendly and patient. The open floorplan and kitchen supplies allowed us to have a chef come in and prepare a nice meal for our group. The house was fully stocked with trash bags, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, lysol spray, and more. I was even surprised to see cotton swabs, cotton rounds,...

“This location is a must stay! One of the young men playing basketball was trying to retrieve the ball and fell into this tree and sustained a laceration. So my only suggestion may be to cut the tree down more or remove it. Other than...
