Hotel a Sunset

“The pool was CLOSED! We always choose a hotel with a nice pool for our special needs daughter. We chose this one for that feature and were sorely disappointed that we couldn't use it. The breakfast was OK but not outstanding. The front desk staff was grest-- even suggested a terrific local Italian take-out restaurant.”

“The main problem was that it wasn't very well taken care of. It could use a lot of renovating. The rooms had the feel of a run down area of town.”

“The property is not impressive, and my daughter had to change rooms due to the smoke smell and a few of them… The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was near everything… Just remember before booking you get exactly what you pay for… The pictures don’t always give a clear idea of what your reserving”

“This hotel met our needs, but barely. The safety lock was loose and we needed assistance to open the door once. The shower curtain was not long enough or wide enough to prevent water from getting on the bathroom floor. The housekeeping staff didn't come back later in the day after trying to come in while we were still there. It is also on a busy road with other businesses near, so it is not a quiet place to stay.”

“Pool was great, close to town. Room was well stocked with kitchen stuff. Loved the gym as well. One of the front desk employees was not very nice to a guest coming in. Room wasn't ready and he wasn't happy. She told him she couldn't help that staff had called in sick and they were short staffed. She had an ear bud in the whole time which is extremely rude.”

“A little maintenance was needed on the shower door in our bathroom and the bed was just ok. The room was very clean, thank you housekeeping. The breakfast area was super clean and the offerings were plentiful and well stocked.”

“Only sheer curtains on the windows and the bright Comfort Inn sign shone into our room all night. The bedding was very thin and the pillows left a lot to be desired. But we did like the location of the hotel.”
