“Shower had mold, room smelled like urine and smoke ”

“Newly remodeled room but the room stunk horrible. Bad enough I had to buy an air freshener to put in there to manage to even stay in it. ”

“Room was clean bed comfortable ran out of hot breakfast items 45 minutes before stopped serving had to get breakfast elsewhere. Staff not very concerned ”

“Awesome historical inn. The rooms were filled with antiques and the history was wonderful. We were on the 3rd floor, next to the main street, which was pretty loud in our room, though we were so tired each evening, it didn't affect our sleeping. There is only a elevator to the 2nd floor, so you have to carry your luggage to the 3rd floor. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious. We ate at the restaurant both nights, outdoor seating was great, and so was the food! Highly recommend this lovely...

“The room wasn’t cleaned when I got back to my room but over all everything was good ”

“The property was welcoming to pets. We stayed in a first floor room which helped alot. The property abd rooms are very run down. Everything needs to be replaced from carpeting to fridges. The room was stained the moldings pulling away from the walll, the lock was broken in two....on top of that the layout is really cramped The vanity is separated from the toilet , and blocks the entry path and tbere is not enough room for two adults. “They offer you candy when checking in. I must have looked at a different place to stay and accepted this one by mistake. Expedia had us wanting a smoking room? The room was clean but had a strange smell. It has only a space heater for heat. It is supposed to drop in the teens tonight. There is a unit in it that is supposed to be a heat/air conditioner that does not heat. Was charged $150.00 deposit incase we smoked in the room or for incidentals. Which we had no idea about! “There's a Walmart near by its walking distance but it's through traffic. Room was clean when I arrived. It is pet friendly. They don't really have that much staff but they do get the job done ”

“I dont like leaving negative reviews but we booked this for an unexpected trip to Greenville when other hotels were booked. Lobby stays locked, you have to call someone from outside to open it. Walked in the room, took one look amd smell and walked bacl out. There was almond on the floor right as we walked on... bathtub had shaving cream on it.. bathing towels were basicslly hand towels. Room smelled of must and old cigarette smoke.. Its a great location.. but that os the only good thing. ...
