“The. Floors. Are amazing!! Our entire stay was amazing, to be sure. The property is very well kept, but the hardwood parquet floors were the first thing to catch our eye. They are in excellent condition. Each room on the first floor has its own pattern. This beautiful house has so much character. Mary is a gracious host. She welcomed us and our toddler warmly, and we left feeling like family. ”

“SW Wisconsin is so beautiful that if it was near Paris it would be world-famous. But if you want to make a multi-day walking trip there it is hard to find places to stay that are spaced through the region. This spot in Blanchardville made a perfect stop. The room was comfortable, quiet, spacious, and perfectly clean. And the town, though small, has good restaurants, bars, and coffee places, a grocery store, and a great spot to soak tired feet in the Pecatonica River. Ray, the host, was...
