“The beds really weren’t that comfortable and the fire alarm started going off at 8am when a kid pulled the alarm and the staff couldn’t figure out how to get it shut off right according to The front desk. The shower head leaked bad causing horrible water pressure”

This time however, our room (and the pool) did not meet expectations: Room 129 is billed as handicap accessible but the bathroom was not. The bathtub was not walk or roll-in and there were no grab bars. Shower head was hand-held but stream was hard to adjust. Tub fixtures were not secured to wall properly. “Very disappointed in the stay in Wisconsin Dells. Our room looks nothing like the pictures, the shower leaks all over the bathroom and today we asked to have our sheets changed due to our son peeing in the bed and they just left sheets on the bed for us to change it with no blankets at all. I would give the hotel part of the stay a very low rating. The pictures of the room I booked compared to the one we accually got are not even close to the same.”
