“Upon check in to my room the television didn’t work no volume I was moved across the hall, the electrical outlets near the bed didn’t work in that room then as I was getting dressed for my day I found out the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Front desk staff came up and couldn’t give me an explanation on why, just said I don’t know it was all just a mess, had to jump through hoops to get my second night cancelled ended up leaving and booking a different room for the night”

“The hotel was nice but I picked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. When I arrived I was told to use their app to order the shuttle for the next morning. I did and scheduled at 5am pick up. That morning at 4am I was notified by hotel personal that there was no shuttle and to find my own way, and pay to pay for it myself. I am a senior and never used UBER. I got to the airport and at 6am I was notified by the app my shuttle service was canceled. A very upsetting morning.”

“The room was visibly dirty. Crumbs on the floor, hand prints on the walls and bathroom doors, soap scum, etc... I had to use an alcohol wipe and sanitize main surfaces because I didn't quite trust it. You get what you pay for?! Otherwise, the room was comfortable, the space layout was nice and the location was great and convenient.”
