“This property is close to ASU with a grocery store just down the street. The layout of the house is great with one bedroom on one side and the other two bedrooms at the other end. The living areas are cozy and comfortable. The pictures are very accurate and the house is lovely. There are train tracks right behind the house but we only heard one train a day. The property manager was great to work with and we hope to stay again some day!”

“If I could rate this 20 stars I would! When you walk in everything is so neat and the house smells incredible! There’s a welcome binder along with welcome food on the counter, the furniture is absolutely beautiful. There are three rooms and I was having surgery while I was in Arizona so I did try out each bed and each bed was very soft and comfortable. We were able to park in the driveway and it’s very close to the door which helped and the neighborhood is extremely quiet and you don’t hear any...

“I had an amazing stay and the house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The pool was clean, plenty of toys were provided and my kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty to do around the area. I would highly recommend this property and the owner was quick to respond to any questions I had.”

“We loved the pool but the hot tub wasn’t used since they came to clean it while we were there and didn’t drain it. House was great and Dale was very nice to deal with. We’d stay there again. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Would sure recommend. ”

“We checked in later in the day, so initially was a little bit disappointed (would have presented a bit better in the daytime). BUT, once we got into the next day and the kids got in the pool we really warmed up to the place! The bifold window between the kitchen and patio is a really nice touch. Was a nearly constant pool party with the kids the whole time we were there. Given the right opportunity, I would strongly consider booking this location again. Easy access to shopping, restaurants etc....
