“I’m going to give it 5 stars because the owners of this condo don’t deserve a poor review and pacific shores the neighbouring resort was helpful once we got ahold of someone, but when we tried to get into our condo it took 30 min as the code did not work. We were hot and had a toddler super upset running around. Mistakes happen, no problem. The problem started when I called the property manager multiple times, (which is where it says to call if we have problems), and she kept putting me to VM...
